Mind. Body. Life. Work. It’s all connected. It’s all you.
Hi, I’m Natalie.
I guide people — individually and collectively — into alignment with who they are by bringing them back to what is already innate.
I’m a student of life, a long-time human resources leader, a somatic movement guide, and a certified career and business consultant. I’m also a wife, daughter, friend, and a human who has lived inside many systems shaped by expectations, status, and societal norms.
With a lifelong interest in the mind–body connection, I studied both psychology and dance during my university years. Following graduation, I built a twenty-five-year career in Human Resources, supporting businesses across industries, geographies, and organizational scale.
In identifying key issues in the workplace, I longed to make a deeper impact by helping people see things differently and understand one another more clearly. From a holistic perspective, one of the most influential variables in any environment is each individual’s unique makeup — and how those dynamics interact.
In time, I discovered BG5, the practical application of Human Design. Since then, I’ve witnessed profound insight unfold for individuals, partners, and teams navigating every phase of career and life — and it helped clarify something personal for me as well.
Like many people, I learned to adjust, even when I felt misaligned with my own wellbeing. Over time, these adjustments can pull us away from our natural rhythms and instincts.
I built a successful career being responsible, capable, and strong. Led teams. Held complexity. And beneath that competence, there was always a quieter awareness.
I wasn’t designed to push. I was designed to notice — and to guide.
Eventually, I came to understand that what I once questioned in myself was not something to fix, but something to trust. Now, midway through my own life, my path has come full circle — integrating mind, body, life, and work in a practical, meaningful way.
Speakeasy Somatics was born from that remembering — a calling back to who I really am.
My work weaves together people operations, human design-informed tools, and somatics to support people and organizations ready to live and work in a more aligned way.
This isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about returning to yourself.
